As a product of Turkey, the idea of this hotel in Norway is definitely not for weak customers.
If you like to swim in a glass-bottomed tank, which stands 600 meters above the edge of a rock, sign up for a new hotel’s customer list when it opens. Hayri Atak, a Turkish design firm, has unveiled plans to build a hotel on the famous Preikestolen cliff in Ryfylke, Norway, promising to deliver the most spectacular views.
The hotel only has 9 rooms, aimed at customers who want to find strong feelings. Each room overlooks the deep abyss smoked below. Designers take inspiration from photos taken from Preikestolen cliffs. The hotel will be an extension of the cliff with three floors built out. The infinity pool is designed at the bottom.
Atak wants customers to feel thrilling and adventurous when they swim in the pool or in their own room, like they are walking on a cliff at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level.
